It’s been a few days since things were updated here at Simple Abnormality. Life has been going as Life does sometimes at such a hectic pace that the hours blow by and you end up hitting the bed at night wondering where the day went. I have been able to keep up with my regular writing jobs but just haven’t had the time to keep this blog going which is really, my first love as it covers a subject that I am personally passionate about.
One thing of interest that has happened is my little quest to get The Nevada Appeal to correct the misinformation that it printed in regards to The Nation Day of Prayer article they ran. So far, my comments with the corrections have been deleted from the site and my letter to the editor was ignored. I wasn’t all that concerned with my letter to the editor being rejected as that happens sometimes with any print publication due to space and printing deadlines. What did irk me a bit though, was that the corrections that I posted through their site were not disrespectful and they were sort and to the point but yet they were deleted from the site and they still haven’t printed a correction as must papers do when there is an error in one of their articles.
The local climate on Paganism should prove to get a bit more interesting once the next phase of the Pagan Unity Campaign hits our area. That is something that will be covered here shortly being that I am the State Chair for the program.
Today, I am going to take some time to get back in the swing of things here and play catch up with e-mails and responses. Thank you to all who continue to support Simple Abnormality, I will get back with you all today.
